Course 4: Chocolate Marble Cake with a Sweet Coffee Sauce

Tickets are $50 total but you only need to pay $15 now to reserve your seat. Tip is not included and we ask that you add tip when you close out the additional $35 at the event.

House Favorites with Proceeds Going to the Semper Fi Fund

Everybody has there favorite brewery around town and that goes for us as well. Our management team has each picked two of their favorite beers from two of their favorite breweries to showcase on this night. Come on in and try what we like!

The breweries include: Societe, Thunderhawk Alements, Rip Current, Booze Brothers, Council, Pure Project, Black Plague, Modern Times, Alpine, 32 North, Newtopia Cyder, Second Chance and Mason Ale Works!

There will be a $3 can special that day of Mason Ale Works Andrew's Forest. Proceeds from those cans will be going to One More Wave, a non-profit that combines veterans and surfers to provide wounded or disabled veterans access to surfing by providing them with customized surfing equipment and assistance. This enables the rides to achieve therapy through the ocean. 

In addition to this, 10% of all proceeds from the sales that day will be donated to the Semper Fi Fund along with any sales from a raffle for special bottles, GC's and other fun giveaways in honor of the Marine Corp's Birthday. 

Information on the Semper Fi Fund:

The Semper Fi Fund provides immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to post-9/11 combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, and their families, ensuring that they have the resources they need during their recovery and transition back to their communities. Since establishing the Semper Fi Fund in 2004, we’ve issued more than 149,000 grants, totaling more than $158 million in assistance to over 19,500 of our heroes and their families.

Join us for a day out with Mason Ale Works, and all of our Urge locations for beer, whiskey, food pairings and activities. We'll be starting at our Rancho Bernardo location, the Original, then making our way through Oceanside, and finishing up at San Marcos.

The day will consist of food pairings and Mason Ale Works tastings at all of our locations. The fun starts in Rancho Bernardo, where Chef Adam Griffin will dazzle with his ability to pair delicious treats with a select Mason Ale Works beer list. We then will be picked up by a Party Bus and cruise on over to Urge Whiskey Bank, in Oceanside, to enjoy the wonderment of Chef Erik Lobner's Beer and Whiskey pairings with some delightful dishes, which will be enjoyed in our 101 Proof Speakeasy. To top off the night, get your arms loose for an exciting night of Bowling at our new Urge Common House in San Marcos, where Chef Brad Hightow will have an invigorating pairing for you all to enjoy!

Come join us on a round trip adventure, and take this opportunity to experience all the fun and wonder that Urge and Mason Ale Works have to offer! Harvest Ale | American Porter | 7.00%
Our Harvest Ale imparts all of the chocolate and roasted nut flavors of a classic porter, with a Barrelhouse twist…we add fresh vanilla beans, local, organic spices and fresh roasted pumpkins for a roasty, spicy, vanilla porter experience. As the vines covering our hills turn yellow and our days begin to get shorter, this Harvest Ale celebrates the season with spiciness and warmth.

Heidbanger | Red Rye Scotch Ale | 6.40%
Watch oot fer ye Heidbanger - pure dead brilliant aye, right! This malt focused Red Rye Scotch Ale was aged to perfection in rye whiskey barrels to impart big caramel, oak, and whiskey flavors; while remaining dangerously smooth and complex. Damned few an’ they’re a’ died. Sláinte mhath!

Mango IPA | American IPA | 5.2%
We crafted this brew with the hop goodness of an IPA and infused it with mouth-watering mangoes. Tropical and citrus notes from our special blend of Simcoe and Citra hops shine through its unassuming malt character. Trust us, you’re gonna want to grab a pint or two of this limited small batch release. Cheers!

Night Ryder | Imperial Black Rye IPA | 8.6%
Night Ryder breaks down and rebuilds the boundaries between dark malts and brilliant, complex, hoppy IPA aromas that were pioneered here on the West Coast. This Imperial Black Rye IPA imparts huge pine and spicy rye complexity with a subtle malt sweetness. Cheers!

Rosiline | Wild Ale | 6.1%
Local vine-ripened strawberries accompany this Central Coast Wild Ale. Aromas of fresh ripe fruit and blossoming trees balance its light acidity and refreshing finish. Treat your taste buds to something unique with this limited small-batch release. 

Rye IPA | American IPA | 6.5%
What makes our unfiltered Rye IPA memorable is it’s incredibly unique flavor. It delivers citrus, apricot and grapefruit, created from our award winning blend of Sorachi Ace, Centennial and Chinook hops; balanced with a spicy finish only rye can deliver. We brewed long and hard to deliver something special among a sea of mediocre beers.

Snakebite | Fruit Beer | 6.9%
Snake Bite, a delicious mash-up of cider and craft beer. We co-fermented our citrus blonde ale with fresh crisp apple juice from the Pacific Northwest, fermented it dry with Saison yeast, and topped it off with a Cascade dry hop. We promise this beer is like nothing you’ve tried before. Cheers!
