-Locoveza Charred Stone Xocoveza Mocha Stout-Aged and Soured in Bourbon Barrels
-House made Duck Jerky, Dry Figs and foraged Greens with a savory Juniper Berry sauce.
Second Course 2nd
-Old Guardian Belgo 2010- Barleywine Aged in Bourbon Barrels
-Paella made with locally sourced ingredients- featuring Mussels, organic Rice and organic foraged greens. Slow roasted quail with giant sautéed prawns and Portuguese linguica.
Third Course 3rd
-Pompepato Ale Brewed with Chocolate, Nuts, Fruit & Spices and Aged in Bourbon Barrels
-Venison Birria A Deers- Venison marinated with beer, dried chiles, cinnamon, ginger and cloves slowly stewed and simmered for over five hours.
Fourth Course 4th
-Xocoveza Mocha Stout Charred Bourbon Barrel Aged
-Jalapeno Chocolate Pots de Crème topped with house made Beer Foam, creamy Gorgonzola Ice Cream
Fifth Course 5th
-New Desecrator-Black Barleywine Aged in Bourbon Barrels
-Specialty cheese board sourced from Brothers Provisions
